Health Care Insurance for Everyone Means Lower Pay Stubs

The decrease is due to the health insurance companies who will now foot the bill for more health insurance claims than before. it has always been a fact. The more money paid out by the insurance companies, the higher the cost of the coverage. If your health insurance plan is paid for by your employee your pay check will be less.

I have been on Medicare for many years now. Everyone thinks that seniors get free health insurance because of Medicare. This is so far from the truth that it is laughable. Every year each Medicare holder receives an increase in their Medicare bill to cover the increase in costs that Medicare had to pay.

Actually, Medicare does not pay in full physician's bill. The balance of what Medicare does not pay is paid for by 'AARP' who is my Medicare Health Insurance Supplement carrier who I pay monthly so I get full medical coverage. My ' free health coverage', as many call it, costs me almost $200.00 for the supplement and $90.00 for my Medicare coverage. This is per month! So my 'free' insurance costs me a bundle each month and usually is increased yearly.

When health insurance companies pay for more claims, they charge each policy holder more money. This has always as it has been. However, now you are going to pay, in part, for those who cannot afford to pay for health insurance. So it comes out to the same thing,

Every employee will also be paying a portion of the health insurance. The amount will be determined by the total amount of employees they have to cover.

I once asked my Major Medical Supplement provider, AARP, why the monthly payments increase each year? They said that the increase is determined by the amount of the health insurance claims for the year. In other words, the more they pay, the more I pay.

So starting next year, if claims go up salaries will go down. This results in a smaller paycheck at the end of the week. However, every American will soon,in 20114,have health insurance coverage. That is a big 'plus' in this country. Many sick people have been waiting for this for many years.

Thanks to the passing of the new Health InsuranceBill. There are additional health care benefits as well. Thank you President Obama and all who helped pass the new health plan bill. In a few years, 2014, no one will be denied health insurance care again. There are some medical changes that will start in the year 2011.
