Franklin-Williamson Bi-County Health Department
Located at 120 Express Drive in Marion (near the Williamson County Airport), the Bi-County Health Department offers a number of low-cost services to residents of Franklin and Williamson counties. The Health Department offers immunizations, pregnancy tests, TB testing, HIV testing, testing and treatment for STDs, blood pressure screenings, cholesterol checks, comprehensive metabolic panel screening, fasting blood sugar checks, liver panel and hemoglobin A1C checks, lead poisoning screening, vision and hearing screenings, Women Infants Children (WIC) nutrition program and more.

Franklin-Williamson Bi-County Health Department also has an office located in Benton.
Bi-County staff can also provide information for other agencies and resources providing needed medical and social services in the local area.
Hands of Hope Clinic
The Hands of Hope Clinic, located at 801 North Market Street in Marion, offers free diagnostic and treatment services to working families and individuals who do not have health insurance or the means to pay for their medical care.
The Hands of Hope Clinic is open on Mondays and Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. There are only physicians available on Tuesday evenings to see patients by appointment only. All staff (physicians, pharmacists, nurses, clerical staff) offer their services on a volunteer basis, without pay, except for the Executive Director. Donations help fund the services of Hands of Hope Clinic.

Pregnancy Matters
Pregnancy Matters (formerly Shawnee Crisis Pregnancy Center) offers free pregnancy testing in the Marion area. Other non-medical social services are offered to those in need. Services such as donations of baby clothing, diapers, formula, baby equipment, maternity clothing and other items are offered to families in need of assistance.
