Food is the essential key factors for all living organisms. It is a well known fact that, people cannot survive without food. People should take mixed proportions of food. Mixed proportion includes fats, minerals, vitamins, and carbohydrates. These proportions are available in healthy foods such as fish curry, vegetable soup, green leaves, and so on. They provide energy to our body. Healthy recipes are easy to cook. Now let us see how to prepare a mixed vegetable soup. Ingredients used in preparing mixed vegetable soup are,

• Carrot
• Beans
• Cauliflower
• tomato
• Green peas
• Spring onion
• White pepper
• chilies
• Salt
• Coriander leaves
• Curry leaves
• Butter
• Cheese

Method of preparation:

Soup is one of the healthiest foods and also very hygienic. Most of the doctors prefer soup for good health. I have written some of the ingredient which is used to make soup along with these ingredients we can prepare easy healthy recipes. For our healthy spam everything should be neat and clean. At first we have to wash all the vegetables before use. The next process we have to do is to cut all the vegetables into small pieces and they are boiled for few minutes. After that, boiled vegetables are taken in a cup. Cheese and butter are melted in a non stick pan. Boiled vegetables are allowed to cool for sometimes and blend in mixer. Filter the contents of the mixer. Now transfer the filtered contents to a bowl. Salt, white pepper and chilies are added to the soup. Cheese and butter are added to give flavor to the soup. Mixed vegetable soup is garnished with coriander leaves and curry leaves. Soup is now ready to serve. Other important healthy recipes include wine. One can maintain diet by taking easy healthy recipes.
