Health: One Great, but Under-used, Way to Change Your Life in a Positive Way

With the way the U.S. is turning, prices of everything going up, slowly becoming harder and harder to get a job, and of course the new election, theres a large gaping hole in many peoples lives right now. Everyone I know seems to be in the same mood, worried about things, wondering how stuff will work out, stress, stress, stress. On top of that, more people seem to be getting sick today than ever before. Sadly, lately it seems a lot of people have found it hard to enjoy life, and I hope to point out one obvious thing, one simple, easy act, that can create a huge change in your way of looking at life. What is this miracle knowledge? Believe it or not, everyone (Above the age of 18 of course) knows of it and lots have participated in it before, Sex. Some see this as a dirty word, something that shouldn't be talked about, but when you realize the health factor of it, what's wrong with talking about it? Or better yet, going to your loved one tonight, and doing it!

So how is sex going to help the economy? Well it wont, but what it CAN do is help you get out of that feeling of dread that everyone seems to know as of late, which in the long run, can make considerable changes in the other aspects of your life. With that said, here are just a few of the reasons sex is so helpful.

First off, sex is a good way to control and lose your weight. People have a tendancy to eat when they are upset, comfort food, that big jug of ice cream in the freezer, but all it does is make you feel better for that one moment, then you always regret it later. So why torture yourself even more once you've eaten that gallon of Bluebell Ice cream? Why go to the gym every single week, going nuts on the treadmill, hopping to burn off that weight, when all you have to do, is have sex? You can easily lose 200 calories having sex in the morning with your partner when you first wake up, not to mention its a great way to start the day, even more if you do it again before bed. At the same time, you'll manage to save money, because you wont be paying that gym your monthly fee, or even more for a personal trainer. Now what could you do with more money? Help pay those rising bills of course, not to mention your day will always start on a good note.

Secondly, sex is a great way to reduce pain and sickness. Its a known fact that sex helps cure headaches and migraines, and believe it or not, when a woman has "That time of the month" sex is known to help ease that as well, despite that some people prefer to wait that time out. On top of that, if you suffer from aches in your joints and bones, sex is known to be a great way to solve those problems as well, because you tend to work out muscles when doing it, allowing them to stretch and flex, so even the older generations reading this can have benefits. On top of that, when you have sex, your actually strengthening your immune system, allowing your body to defend itself better against viruses and other unwanted nasties.

Another great reason, which is a big one for this day and age, is that sex is known to reduce stress. Thats right, it's relaxing, who would have guessed? You're less tensed during and after sex, it allows you to relax, as I'm sure you know, and who can complain about being relaxed? Stop worrying about those bills for just a little while, and enjoy yourself without spending a dime. Trouble at work today? well instead of going home and complaining about your loved one, make love to them instead.

Yet another reason is that believe it or not, sex is good for your heart. Sex is a great way to exercise your body, allowing your heart to pump more blood through your veins, lowering cholesterol levels, which lowers your blood pressure, and thus, prevent heart attacks (Being that you're already in non-critical health.)

Sex can also be great for your self confidence, when you have sex with someone that you're in a relationship with, it makes you feel more connected to them, intimacy grows, and your relationship grows. In turn, being in a good relationship is known to give you a huge boost of self confidence, making you more appealing for multiple things, from making casual friends to getting that new job making twice as much as your old one.

Sex can also help you sleep better, which again, helps you be more mentally stable, and thus makes you easier to like, allowing you again, to easily make friends, and have better people skills.

Long story short, sex is just healthy. Sex helps you in so many ways its unbelievable, and nearly every benefit that sex has is needed by many, many people right now. Having your body respond in a positive manner helps YOU respond in a positive manor, not just in one way, but in every single way you handle your day to day routines. With that said, hopefully next time you plan to go to the gym, you'll remember this, and think about spending the evening at home instead, enjoying time with your loved one. But never forget, a relationship isn't all about sex, so don't overdo it.
