16 seedless grapes
2 oz. of cheddar cheese, cut into 8 cubes
2 oz. of Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 8 cubes
8 slices of deli ham
8 skewers

Roll up the ham and slice into quarters. Put two ham rolls, 2 grapes, one cheddar cube and one Monterey Jack cube on each skewer. Two skewers has 150 calories - delicious! You can also substitute sliced strawberries, pineapple or whatever other fruit you prefer.
