1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 package Equal artificial sweetener
1 tablespoon skim milk
1 slice white bread

Mix all of the ingredients (except the bread), and then soak both sides of the bread in the mixture. Place the bread in a nonstick skillet and cook until browned on both sides (you can pour the rest of the egg mixture on top of the toast while cooking). This sweet breakfast idea has only 150 calories.
