In case you do not want to hand out candy during Halloween, consider handing out fun things for children to do. Most children love to color so hand out coloring books and crayons. You can pick up coloring books and crayons for little or nothing at a dollar store. The same goes for stickers, children love placing stickers on notebooks and lunchboxes so give them something fun to play with. nice suggestions, but if I don't hand out the reeses and snickers my head may be chopped off...our trick or treaters get mean if they don't get their chocolate!!!
