Preparation of this meal takes only minutes and can be easily fit into the busiest of days. After removing the meal from the outer carton, it gets placed onto the glass disc in the microwave oven. There is no need to puncture the plastic, as this product has a self venting feature. The timer on the oven should be set for three and a half to four minutes. Take into consideration your appliance's tendency to need extra minutes to heat thoroughly or to follow most food's recommended cooking time. Take note that a few popping sounds during the cooking process is normal and can be attributed to the self venting packaging. Once the meal is cooked to completion, it should be taken from the oven and the top film removed carefully. The steamer basket can then be disengaged from the outer sauce bowl. The steamed portion of food should be mixed thoroughly into the sauce bowl. The entire dinner should be allowed to sit for a minute or two before enjoying.
There is only two hundred and forty calories in this product. There is three point five grams of Fat and only one gram of Saturated Fat consumed in the entire meal. There is no Trans Fat. An entire entree contains only thirty five milligrams of Cholesterol and five hundred and forty milligrams of Sodium. Ten grams of Sugar is consumed in this frozen dinner. I am happy to report that there is quite a bit to be gained from indulging in this low calorie meal. Five grams of Dietary Fiber, three hundred and ninety milligrams of Potassium and eighteen grams of Protein is contained within this convenience food. Thirty percent of the daily recommended value of Vitamin A, ten percent of Vitamin C, four percent of Calcium and six percent of Iron is also gained from enjoying this product. A full list of vitamins and nutrients that can be found in this product is noted on the back of the package.
I truly enjoyed Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers Thai-Style Chicken & Vegetables. There is an ample amount of chicken, whole grain pasta, carrots, red peppers and scallions covered in a tasty sauce. The vegetables crisped up nicely, without getting soggy during the cooking process. The chicken was tender and juicy and the sauce added a bit of zest. I paid only $2.50 for this meal, which was definitely a bargain price. I would certainly purchase this product again and happily recommend it to all.

Wednesdays are now a one list my five list (http://www.listmyfive.com/bridgetidelaney) day (and it doesn't make much money, but I appreciate views of my lists if you have the time) and then returning comments day - I'll catch up one of these days, I just don't know when!
I keep meaning to try some of these. I like Thai food, so this one sounds appealing.
Thai is my favorite, will have to try.
I don't think I've tried that one yet. I loved the Whiskey steak but now I can't find it anywhere. I don't know if they don't make it anymore or if none of our local stores carry it.
