There aren't a lot of smart people, there are even less wise people. A lot of people are eating unhealthy and they don't even know that. They also believe in scientific prejudice which wasn't very trustworthy. It would be better if a person should listen to a sound of his body, not phony scientists which exist today. A person should give his body what it requires not what it lusts. The body always knows what is good for it and what is not. That's why someone who is sick doesn't want to eat at all. It is false that when a person is sick, he should eat a lot. At this stage the body is weak and digesting a heavy meal is not a very good thing for the body, in fact in this case the body is being weakened. Your system will stay strong only if it can digest easily.

Few important advices

In nutrition, there are three things which a person should take care of: supply of food, consumption, removal of unneeded food.
People eat too much these days. There are cases when more people die of overeating than of starvation. A lot of diseases may be caused of eating. People are literally killing themselves because of eating. For those who want to stay healthy, young and clean, here are is the advice: DO NOT EAT TOO MUCH.
Swallowed food stays in the digestive system for about 1 to 4 hours, in a small intestine for 3 hours, large - 12 hours. So thats about 18 hours. In some cases food can even stay there for longer. If food is stored in digestive system for too long, it gets rotten, tainted and eventually gets in the blood. The toxins which are created in the intestine hugely affects your blood and body. And the body is cleaned whenever clean, organic food is served to it.

How do Ieat?

Human needs proteins, carbohydrates, lipids and especially - water. A human body cannot survive without it.

Proteins - human body needs 120 grams of protein daily, but it can be fully satisfied with 20 grams a day, because surplus of protein can cause damage to the body of its' difficulty to digest.

Carbohydrates and lipids - they are important for the body but you must not over eat them. About 50 grams per day. Stay away from sweets: sugar can cause various diseases if consumed wrongly.

Take vitamins - they are very important for assimilating proteins.
