Using non-stick pan for cooking will reduce oily cooking dramatically. Avoid deep frying for preparing your foods. Trimming off skin and fat will reduce your fat intake significantly. Always go for boiling or steaming method first when preparing your foods. Always trim off the skin or fat from the meat before cooking.
8. Eat slowly.
Enjoy your eating development longer can reduce chances of overeating. Chew your foods slowly will help your digestion. It is recommended to consume your every meal for more than 20 minutes. Always enjoy your foods slowly in a relaxing mood.
9. Avoid unhealthy snack.
If you are craving for snack, eat whole wheat cracker, fruit salad, yoghurt or cheese. Make healthy snack handy so that you are unlikely to grab an excited calories snack. Potato chip and candy are unhealthy snack.
