Healthy Home Style Chili

2 lbs. ground turkey. 1 lg. onion chopped, 4 cloves of garlic chopped, 1 46 oz. jar of tomato vegetable juice, 1 16 oz bag of dry beans pinto or kidney beans cooked, 1 16 oz can of diced tomato's with green chili peppers,or jalapenos
however hot you like your chili, for mild chili only chop about 2 jalapenos.

Brown your ground turkey on top of the stove, when turkey is almost done add the onions and garlic to lightly brown them, use a big pot on top of the stove, some people call them bean pots, some call them chili pots. in your bean pot , you should have your beans you already have cooked, if you have water in your bean pot still go ahead and drain the beans replace the water with the tomato vegetable juice, then add your turkey with the onions and garlic and other ingredients, if you have to use salt use a salt substitute, otherwise everything in your chili is all natural ingredients and very healthy for all health conscious people, cook on simmer for 30 minutes then enjoy.
