1/4 Head Ice Berg Lettuce Chopped
3 Leaves Romaine Lettuce Chopped
3 Stalks Celery Chopped
1/2 Cucumber Chopped into Chunks
2 TBS Olive Oil
3TBS Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 TSP Dill (from a spice jar is fine)
1/2 TSP Basil (from a spice jar is fine)
1/4 TSP Garlic Powder
to taste Salt and Pepper

Combine
In a medium bowl, combine Lettuce, Celery and Cucumber. Mix well.2

In a small bowl, combine Dill, Basil, Garlic Powder and Salt and Pepper. Mix well. Pour into Medium bowl with vegetables and mix well.3

Just wanted you to know that I made this lastnight! I cooked a bit of garlic chunks and threw them in there as well to make it really pop with flavor! It was delicious, but for some reason my husband wouldn't come anywhere near me later :-)
