It is important to have a diet that is full of meal options so you do not get bored or tempted by fattening snacks. Instead do your grocery shopping with a list of healthy meal ideas that you can mix and match. Breakfast Ideas That Will Boost Your Energy

Egg Omelet
Simply cook three egg whites with one sliced red bell pepper and top with low-fat cheese (dairy, soy, rice or almond). Serve with a slice of whole grain bread topped with 1 tsp natural peanut butter, one orange, and a cup of green tea.

Cereal
High-fiber cereal with skim milk and banana slices served with 4 ounces of organic orange juice.

Yogurt
Mix Greek yogurt with granola and raisins. Serve with hot green tea.

Oatmeal
