Fresh fruit & veggie Platter. This is one of the most popular. Simply serve some fresh produce, organic preferred, on a serving plate. In the center of the produce have some bowls of different healthy dippings. You can choose from cottage cheese, plain yogurt with basil, low fat cream cheese with fresh herbs, and/or peanut butter.
Peanut butter and apples. This makes for a delicious healthy appetizer recipe that your guests can enjoy. Simply slice up some of your favorite apples and place them on a serving platter. Put a container/cup of peanut butter in the center. Not only is this a tasty treat, it is a good protein source.
Pita bread triangles and hummus. Either buy some pita bread or make your own. Then, cut it into wedges. For ease of eating, do not separate top from bottom. Serve with some hummus for your guests to dip their pita wedges into.
Baby carrots and raspberry vinaigrette. This is really simple and needs no preparation. Just buy some baby carrots and place them onto a serving plate. Put a cup of raspberry vinaigrette in the center for your guests to dip their carrots into. This is an easy healthy appetizer recipe.
