Cherry Berry Soy Milk Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:

½ cup of soy milk (vanilla or regular flavor)

1 cup of blackberries, fresh

1 cup of cherries, pitted and stems removed

1 cup of vanilla yogurt

2 to 4 ice cubes

1 Tablespoon of sugar

Before starting this smoothie recipe, remove pits from enough cherries to provide one cup of fruit. Place the, yogurt, and blackberries in the blender. Add the fresh cherries and soy milk. Place the lid on the blender and turn the blender on to high speed. Blend until the healthy smoothie mixture is thick and creamy. Now add two to four ice cubes to the blender and blend at high speed until all the ice is blended into fine pieces. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Banana Split Soy Milk Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, peeled

½ cup of fresh strawberries, cleaned and stems removed

2 cups of soy milk, chocolate

2 tablespoons of chocolate beverage mix or chocolate syrup

½ cup of frozen vanilla yogurt

A fun and delicious drink; this soy milk smoothie provides the health benefits of soy with the great flavor of a banana split. To make, remove peels from banana and place in blender. Add clean strawberries, soy milk, chocolate beverage powder or syrup, and frozen vanilla yogurt. Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy. Makes approximately two 8 ounce servings.
