Ingredients:
½ cup of soy milk (vanilla or regular flavor)
1 cup of blackberries, fresh
1 cup of cherries, pitted and stems removed
1 cup of vanilla yogurt
2 to 4 ice cubes
1 Tablespoon of sugar
Before starting this smoothie recipe, remove pits from enough cherries to provide one cup of fruit. Place the, yogurt, and blackberries in the blender. Add the fresh cherries and soy milk. Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, peeled
½ cup of fresh strawberries, cleaned and stems removed
2 cups of soy milk, chocolate
2 tablespoons of chocolate beverage mix or chocolate syrup
½ cup of frozen vanilla yogurt
A fun and delicious drink; this soy milk smoothie provides the health benefits of soy with the great flavor of a banana split. To make, remove peels from banana and place in blender.
