Tortellini Soup with Spinach and Delicious Shrimp Soup
Soup represents the secret of a balanced meal, full of nutrients and health. Several studies have shown that people who use to consume soup everyday have a lower intake of calories than those who ignore this habit. Summer soup recipes contain various vitamins from vegetables and much more, they are easy to prepare and quick, as their preparation doesn't require special culinary skills.
I will present you two healthy soup recipes, Tortellini soup with spinach and Delicious shrimp soup. Bon appetit!
1. Tortellini soup with spinach

Tortellini soup with spinach is an easy and quick soup recipe. It's impossible not to like it, as it combines the delicious chicken with extravagant tortellini and with the spinach full of vitamins and iron!
Ingredients
284 g frozen spinach
2 cans of canned chicken soup (420 ml)
260 g of cheese tortellini
1 g dried basil
2 g of garlic powder
Small carrots
Salt, pepper to your taste
Method of preparation
In a large vessel mix the spinach and the chicken soup, add carrots and boil the ingredients, then reduce the fire to a minimum.
Add tortellini and mix everything for 10-15 minutes, or until the pastas becomes soft.
Add basil and garlic powder.
2. Delicious shrimp soup
Type of recipe: Chinese
Preparation time: medium
Number of portions: 8
Calories: 514 Kcal
The shrimp soup is a delicate combination of several healthy ingredients. It is a Chinese traditional food and you can prepare it if you want to try something new.
Ingredients:
910 g shrimps with tail
2 l chicken soup
7 g powdered rosemary
5 cloves of garlic
2 g ground black pepper
2 g celery seeds
1 g caraway seeds
1 / 2 box tomato cream
225 g butter
235 ml white wine
Method of preparation
Put the chicken soup into a large vessel; add rosemary, garlic, pepper, celery seeds, caraway seeds, tomato cream and butter.
Boil the ingredients for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Pour the wine in the soup and continue to mix from time to time for 2 hours at very low fire.
Right before serving the soup, add the shrimps; Boil for about 3 minutes or until the shrimps become opaque.
