Cleanse yourself from the inside first things first, make sure you get your beauty sleep. Sleep allows your body and skin to rejuvenateso try to get at least eight hours but if you can't I recommend grabbing some sleepy time ointment, taking a long hot bath and smothering yourself in nightcream.

Make your home beautiful- smell wise that is. Burn some soothing scents for whatever mood you're trying to create. Not only is relaxing but it creates a certain ambience and comforts your home.

De-stress your tresses- the beautiful weather has probably been taking its toll on your hair so its time to put some bounce and life back in. Buy some hair treatment masks and use at least once a week for best results.

Tea time- Drink herbal caffeine free teas.They de-stress and soothe while also being a low calorie option, can't argue with that!

Tone up! - Grab some bio oil or skin firming cream and let it work its magic, you will feel instantly great because your looking after your skin even if the results may take a while to show.
