Just like the doctor, you first have to observe yourself. Go about your day listing down the usual daily consumption of food, it will also help if you indicate the mood you are in. Do simple everyday exercises. Pick and exercise you can do daily like walking, jogging, or running. Pick little and simple exercises you can devote yourself into doing. This is better than choosing something big and ending up failing to your own self expectation; this will only be discouraging to you.

To make your weight loss more fun, why don't you ask your friends who needs to lose weight or who have their own weight loss plan to join you? It will make it more fun and less stressful. You can jog together and do other fun sport activities like badminton, soccer, or swimming together. It will also be good bonding time.
