Heaven is Not a Place on Earth
In 1988, Belinda Carlisle scored a number one hit with, "Heaven Is A Place On Earth." I beg to differ with her. Heaven is not a place on earth! I was encouraged today when I read in Genesis the comforting reminder that God created the Heavens and the Earth.
Life is not perfect. We all have our hard times, broken hearts, hurts, and challenges. When you trust in God, your life is in His hands! Ecclesiastes 3:1 says, "To everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under Heaven."
God doesn't say, "oops!" He loves you very much and has a very special plan for your life. I hope you are encouraged.
