Humans motionless, some in disbelief while nobody making a sound,
Children lay sleeping tucked in their beds, for they are not in dangers path,
It's the rest of Gods creation that will experience this long awaited wrath.
Moments spoken in the bible begin unfolding and all falls into place,
Humans drop to their knees, heavy with shame they hide their face,
Children gently carried off by angels, not one is left behind,
The rest is then judged by god himself, every sin he will surly find,
Moments remain unfolding upon all that can not be saved,
They are reminded of all the opportunities wasted and the chances God had gave,
The times they pushed away the guilt after committing a mortal sin,
For breaking commandments so easily to impress their so called friends,
Forgetting to pray before each meal, skipping prayer before bedtime cause they had grown,
Still being uncertain about Gods existence after plenty of proof had been shown.
And as told events still unfolded upon these people who ignored this day was near,
God couldn't help but pity their fate and for each one he shed a tear,
And then the last event had been witnessed, the world had paid its dues,
Upon the mended skies silence a gentle cry came from heavens blues.
God cried for all who ignored the signs, and pushed away his everlasting love,
He told them all the things they must do to spend eternity with him here up above,
He cried for his son dying, caring our guilty sins upon the cross,
He cried because after all he sacrificed, so many had still ended up lost.
