Heidi Montag Before and After
Montag looks much older. I am guessing that she will be revamping her plastic surger in a few years to look like she did before all of the procedures. In addition to the shock of it all, Heidi Montag admitted in an interview that men had better notice her new post-surgery breast size, after all that effort. Isn't she married? Why does she hope men will notice her for that?
If you want to see the photos, all you have to do is google search for Heidi Montag Before and After. Many online sources have posted the images from People Magazine. People reveals that Montag had the following plastic surgery procedures done:

Botox
Nose Job
Fat implanted in cheeks
Chin reduction
Neck liposuction
Ears pinned
Breast augmentation
Liposuction
Buttock augmentation
Hmm... for that many procedures, I would guess that she was a troll beforehand. Not a 23 year old starlet. How much time was involved, not top mention pain and suffering? Heidi Montag is all over news stations defending her plastic surgery and saying that she is not addicted. The before and after pictures tell a different story. She is addicted to plastic surgery. This is the second time that she has undergone drastic plastic surgery. The other alternative is that she is an insecure young lady with mental and emotional problems. Now that is just not entertaining.
So, as someone who has seen all of the before and after photos of Montag's plastic surgery, let me just be the one to say OMG control yourself woman! Oh, and by BTW, you need a bigger bikini top.
