Heidi Montag Sex Tape with Shannon Twins Not so Valuable; Reality Show Could Be

For some twisted reason the Heidi Montag sex tape featuring the Shannon twins, Hugh Hefner's current girlfriends Karissa and Kristina, isn't all that valuable to Vivid Entertainment. Nope, the sex tape (sex tapes?) featuring Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are the videos worth the big bucks, according to TMZ (as if Spencer needs a bigger head).

But that's the sordid world of sex tapes for you, I guess, and Vivid even believes that the Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt sex tape could surpass Kim Kardashian's in sales, if Heidi Montag plays her cards right. As TMZ reports, according to Vivid Entertainment president Steve Hirsch, the sex tape becoming a big hit depends entirely on what Heidi Montag does after it is released. Will she try to disappear from the public eye, only appearing now and again to tweet her distress? Will she wage a full-fledged media war against Spencer Pratt? Or will she do as her ex wishes and start filming a new reality show?

If Spencer Pratt has his way, Heidi Montag will be starring in a very revealing reality show with him. According to TMZ, Heidi Montag wants to leave the reality TV world behind, but Spencer Pratt wants her to do reality show all about why she needs to get away from him (isn't that fairly obvious already?).

But there might be an even better idea for a reality show starring Heidi Montag that's already come up in the past. According to Radar Online, when she and her friend Jennifer Bunney were planning on starring in a reality show together (which Heidi Montag backed out of), there were rumors that the Shannon twins would also be involved in the show. Bunney said that those rumors were false, but that the Shannon twins were her friends, so it was at least a possibility.

So why doesn't Heidi Montag just move in with the Shannon twins, rather than do another reality show with Spencer? It might make the sex tape starring her and the Shannon twins sell better, and she might be better off avoiding her ex and hanging out with some female friends that are sort of in the same boat as her (Spencer is also trying to use them, after all). That way she can cash in without having to deal with her crazy ex.

But, then again, the world might prefer to see Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt go at it after their sex tape is released, which is something Spencer is banking on when it comes to his plans for a new reality show. But perhaps a better show starring Spencer Pratt would be a special edition of 'Celebrity Rehab' about helping him cope with one of the most horrifying new addictions the world has seen: an addiction to fame. Then again, maybe we should just hope that he OD's on reality TV (if only that were possible).
