Heidi & Spencer Run for the Hills on I'm a Celebrity

Reality Rehash
After a very Pratt filled premiere of I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, the show returns for night two with just as much Speidi action. Left over from last night the show opened up from the Trauma Torture where five of the celebrities remained. Patti and Lou ended up going out next once the snakes and water started filling the tank, and thanks to a snake on her face Torrie also bailed, making the guys immune from the vote. That left Stephen and Sanjaya left to battle it out, but Stephen quit first giving Sanjaya the immunity win. It didn't mean anything for him other then safety for the guys. Returning to camp the celebs found a nice bed which everyone believed would be Sanjaya's. It turns out it was Lou's, for being camp leader but it didn't seem to matter. Guess winning the immunity challenge means diddly other then safety for a group, where's the fun in that?

The next morning the tune turned once again to Heidi and Spencer who spoke about their Christianity to the group, making Janice a bit upset. She believed that Spencer wanting a baptism from Stephen was stupid, considering the fact that Stephen isn't an ordained minister. They left that little tiff die down though and another started when it was revealed that one male and one female would be playing in the trial for food. Spencer quickly spoke up that he and Heidi would do it, but Janice wanted Sanjaya to do it being that he actually wanted to do it and has tried around camp. Spencer fought the idea and Stephen chimed in, I guess they are born again friends now. Spencer ended up winning thanks to the guys voting for him, allowing Spencer and Heidi the chance to play for food and make a fool of themselves.

Before they left we finally got to see a glimpse of another cast member: Angela. She's not taking the jungle very well but seems to hide the fact around camp. She cried in the confessional about having mini breakdowns, which we saw as she began talking to herself while cleaning the dishes. I have a feeling Frangela will go far thanks to their realness and the fact that they are the comedy the show desperately needs. They really are the commentary of those watching at home and that makes them even more lovable. Unfortunately we HAVE to talk about Heidi and Spencer, at least for a few more minutes. Their task was to enter the Isolation House for three minutes, trying to find hidden stars which were in piles of eel chum and rats. Spencer went in first and although he said he would do anything to win, he wimped out big time. He grabbed two stars, which I didn't even see. He spent most of the time complaining about the darkness and avoided all things that moved. Heidi didn't do much better but didn't complain as much, which is surprising. She grabbed a star in a pile of rats. Sadly that's the only star she grabbed out of twenty, allowing her husband to gain food for the guys by only one more star. Seriously why did they come on the show if they weren't even going to try?

Back at camp the two said once again that they would be quitting, but wanted to stay long enough for Spencer to get baptised. Janice complained yet again, but agreed to at least watch. It was a somewhat interesting moment with Stephen and Spencer in the water. Spencer basically believed it was real, although I guess it could have been it officially was not. He probably did it to appease Heidi, who he drug out there anyway so going home with a baptism, real or not, is her prize I guess. Sorry to both their charities! They really missed out as Heidi and Spencer bolted over the bridge, for a third time, finally leaving camp only to head back to the Hills. Not sure if its the real Hills or the fake show. Guess we finally got to see the "real" Speidi... or maybe not. The world will probably never know, just like those tootsie roll pop commercials!

Now that the drama brats are gone it was time for the REAL celebrities to come on LIVE. They didn't really seem to realize what the idea of live meant as they blurted out stuff while the hosts were talking, but then again they really weren't saying much. The guys got 20 seconds to save a female from the public vote and rather quickly chose Patti. It makes sense since she's the logical choice to go home first and Janice seemed rather happy with that. She looks like she's about ready to leave anyway, not sure why though considering she was the most excited to do the show and has the most experience. We will find out which of the ladies leave on Thursday, to save your favorite head over to NBC.com and vote vote vote!
