Helium.Com Has "Ridiculous" Rules for Members!

Phillip W. Chambley
"Making money with this FREE Internet writing publishing company is extremely confusing, constantly changing and "complicated" for any daily writer membership!" These continuous problem strict rules for writing and extremely daily "confusing" payment programs seems to get worse every month, year after year, for all members.

Even (5) five star Helium.com writers seem to agree regarding these monthly payment complications. "Try researching their rules or policies on their website search?"

This is a joke which only eventually takes you to the members forum, which also ironically most of these members have NO answer regarding these confusing monthly payments?" These daily hard-working writing members are constantly "confused?" about how to make money with this highly acclaimed Internet website called Helium.com?

The owners seem to change their money-money policies every (6) six months, making it nearly "impossible" for daily members to earn FREE cash, thus causing dedicated members to lose monthly paypal cash.

Here is an article statement of Helium.com problems from one of their TOP Five star writers:

As quoted by Joan Inong Top (5) five star writer of Helium.com: *Writing Level Star Helium.com writers were just beginning to get comfortable with Helium's former upfront payment policy. Then, that policy was changed. Was it changed for the better? Only you can answer for yourself. Previously, the upfront payment policy dictated that any new article, under certain categories, would be eligible for upfront payments.

The upfront payments were determined by the number of writing and rating stars that the writer had. The new upfront payment policy dictates that the new article must be written under a certain category which contains fewer than 5 articles. These changes have definitely affected many Helium writers' writing strategies.

First, writers must now begin focusing their efforts on article titles that contain fewer than five articles. Many of the other article titles which have more than 5 articles will suffer. Even though these changes were encouraged by Helium's efforts to help their writers make more money, it seems that much of Helium's content will not benefit.

These changes, while they seem large and haphazard at first, are actually very beneficial to Helium writers. For instance, any online-writing author will want his/her article to appear on the first few pages of Google. Any Helium writer will want his/her article to have a large audience. A larger reading audience will mean more money. The new upfront payment policy helps Helium writers achieve those two goals.

The upfront payments have always been a motivating factor for Helium writers. Many of them will only earn pennies a day for the articles that they write. However, upfront payments are automatic and very beneficial, especially if you are a writer who has more than three writing stars.

It seems that the upfront payments work on two levels, anyway: they help encourage the writer to put out more articles, which in turn will hopefully help earn the writer more writing stars. When five writing stars are accumulated, the writer will receive $2.50 for each new article written under a title with fewer than five articles.

It also seems that the new policy has pushed more writers to suggest their own titles or to find "empty" titles (those with zero articles written to them). As a result, writers can potentially earn more money. Helium's content will also grow, meaning that all writers will have a better chance of finding titles to write to.

Change can either be for the better or for the worse. In the case of the changes made to the upfront payment policy, the future seems brighter for Helium writers. Unquote:

Trying to figure out these NEW policies for making money on Helium.com, is like finding "a needle in a hay-stack?" If you figure out these "Ridiculous" and complicated payment procedures, you can possibly makes some money in return. "Good Luck!"

  • Thank you for this article and I agree1/14/2010

Helium is definitely a fraudulent site, unlike associated content that pays their writers promptly and regularly and has a valid contract that does not change so fast it can make you dizzy.

Their user agreement changes too rapidly.

There are also numerous complaints regarding Helium on the internet.

The complaints range from locking out writers for undefinable infractions, when they attempt to collect their earnings.... to locking out writers but keeping their articles
