Hell: The Sequel by Eminem and Royce da 5'9" is an amazing album. The names of the 11 tracks on the deluxe version of this album are:
Welcome 2 Hell
Fastlane
The Reunion
Above the Law
A Kiss
Lighters feat. Bruno Mars
Take from Me
Echo feat. Liz Rodriguez
I'm on Everything feat. Mike Epps
Living Proof
All of the songs on this album are amazing. The standouts are Above the Law, Echo, Fastlane, and Take from Me. With the exception of Lighters and Echo, which seem more like consumable singles for the general public, the flow and verses in the album are amazing. They do not even compare to those of other albums. None of them are slow, and they all utilize rhyme that have never been seen before. This album is a definite buy/torrent, as it's one of the best albums I have ever owned. Definitely purchase the deluxe edition, because Echo is an amazing track. The verses aren't great, but the chorus makes anyone who listens to it feel like a superhero.
As previously mentioned, the best songs on this album are Above the Law, Echo, Fastlane, and Take from Me. I like these songs because of how they aren't meant to appeal to the general public (with the exception of Echo). Above the Law has a great chorus, and the verses, although there are only two, one from Eminem and one from Royce da 5'9", have more power than many of the other verses the two rappers have ever produced. Fastlane is the same way, the chorus gets a little annoying, because it seems a bit too long, so when the song is listened to 10+ times, it gets a little old, but the verses again are extremely volatile and push boundaries like no other verses do. Take from Me is about people stealing music, which is why I like it so much. I have never seen musicians directly address the audience and prosecute them for stealing and leaking their hard work. It has so much push, and feels like an avant garde address to the industry.
This is a definite purchase, and I would give it a 9 out of 10. It is, of course, extremely offensive, and should not be listened to by anyone below the age of 13. It uses every single swear word, so you have to have a pretty strong stomach to listen to this one. It's a little rough, I'll admit, but if you can stomach it, you should immediately go out and purchase this album! And don't steal it either! Or Eminem and Royce da 5'9" will come get you!
