The Second Half: Ramsay decided to change things up as he usually does around this time, so he sent Melissa over to the blue team and moved Trev to the red team with hopes he would lead them to victory. At least Melissa and Sabrina wouldn't have to work together so they could each show how good (or bad) they really are.

Challenge: Each team had to come up with 5 unique salads. Melissa was fitting in well on the men's team by working hard and trying not to do anything they would dislike. On the other hand, Trev had to hold his real thoughts in as Jillian grilled him about how to make a Raspberry Vinaigrette - which you would think every chef would know how to do. Boris vs Gail = one point for the Red team. Rob vs Nona = one point for the Blue due to Nona's quail looking like it was run over. Vinny vs Jillian = no points! Russell vs Sabrina = one more point for Blue after the judge said Sabrina's salad reminded her of a Hot Dog. It must have been bad! Finally, Trev vs Melissa was the Red teams last chance to tie the score. Melissa's dish failed to impress giving Trev the final point. The tie breaker was the best salad of all - Rob's scallop salad.

Punishments and Rewards: As the winner his dish was set to be featured in Bon Appetit Magazine. I can't find it online though so look for it in coming issues! Melissa bonded with the guys during their reward while Trevor found more reasons to dislike the women during their punishment. They had to eat raw flowers! While it looked very pretty, it didn't look all that yummy, especially with the bugs that were hiding in there. Yuck again!

Dinner Service: This whole time Trev wanted to be back with the men, until Rob told Chef Ramsay that his team is better off now that Trev is gone. Trev's attitude towards his new Red team completely changed after that - bring it on!! Tonight Chef Ramsay brought in the Chef tables (VIPs eating right in the kitchen). The men got someone who looked very familiar, but I didn't catch her name, and the women got Nancy Grahn from General Hospital in their VIP group.

Russell started off his team with a bang, but Boris was holding up the table because of the garnish. Things seemed to be going ok after the VIPs arrived until Melissa started screwing up the scallops for Rob's winning salad. Nona was also screwing up the scallops on her team - serving them half raw. I always wonder why contestants on this show don't practice making scallops at home - they serve them every season! Trev was asked to save the day for the Red team and finally served the last table at the VIP table. Back on the Blue team, Rob kept rejecting Melissa's scallops until she finally ran out of them.

After being in the background for awhile, Sabrina's name finally came up due to her slowness on Garnish. But at least she wasn't doing as bad as Boris who couldn't even make good mashed potatoes. Trev and Sabrina started to butt heads since Trev wanted to take leadership of the Red team and Sabrina didn't like him constantly telling her what to do with the Garnish. After pulling it together, it came down to just a few tables on each side. Too bad Boris screwed up again with the last table and Chef Ramsay kicked him out of the kitchen - but not out of the game although it seems that's where he's headed.

If it's not Boris, I'd be shocked: Neither team was named the winner tonight because of all the "speedbumps" so both teams had to nominate one person. For the Blue team it was between Melissa and Boris, who both made major screw ups. Nona's name was called out for the Red team but she said it was Sabrina that caused them to lose. As much as Sabrina didn't want to be up there, she lost the vote and was put up against Boris. Chef Ramsay added Nona and Melissa to the mix. Melissa was Chef Ramsay's choice to go, and it was a good one. She just didn't have the confidence and wasn't proving herself in the kitchen. So it wasn't Boris - but he'll be gone soon I bet!
