Helping Others: What Goes Around Comes Around

Today was a little bit crazy. As I was on the city bus on my way back home from the mall, I looked out the bus window and saw a woman fall while trying to cross the street. She slipped on ice, I'm guessing.

Not one person stopped to help her, Not one. They drove by and walked by like she was a piece of dirt on the ground. I thought of that poor old lady all night long. Thinking to myself of what she thought, what she had done in life to help people, was she feeling alone like there is nothing good in life . Was she thinking back to her younger years ?

Life is sad that's for sure if people would only see what goes around comes around. Good things happen to good people in life; that's how I look at it.

I like to know in my heart I helped this person, whoever it may be, at the time. Feeling good about who you are inside and about what you do, comes from within you. If you wanna pass on alone be the shell you have made yourself, if you want a free spirit then help those in need.
I do all the time and I'm 42 but my spirit and soul feels mid 20's I love it and I'm happy when I shouldn't be.

I have many struggles in life. But when I'm out helping the ones who need me, I feel great, and my sadness doesn't seem that bad. I get through it just fine.
