How do I enter?
The Henkel Helps Create! Kids Art Contest is open to kids and teens ages two to eighteen. Entries must be 100% originalart based on the theme, "Making the world easier, better, and more beautiful."
Entries are entered into four age groups:
- Budding Artists: Ages 2-5
- Creative Kids: Ages 6-9
- Crafty Creators: Ages 10-13
- Talented Teens: Ages 14-18
Artwork should be on letter sized paper and can include an optional caption up to 150 characters. Captions can be funny, helpful, thoughtful, and everything in between!
Kids and teens, ask a parent or guardian to scan your finished art as a jpg file (less than 1MB) and help you upload your amazing art by September 13th, 2009 on the Henkel Helps Create! Kids Art Contest Entry Page. No purchase is necessary.

About the celebrity judges
Celebrity judges will choose one Grand Prize Winner from each age category based on Theme, Creativity, Originality, and Craftsmanship. The celebrity judges for the Henkel Helps Create! Kids Art Contest Gallery are Courtney Booth, Romero Britto, Annelle Miller, and Jane O'Conner.
Courtney Booth specializes in Contemporary printmaking and is an Assistant Vice President in Sotheby's Print Department. Romero Britto, considered by many to be one of today's art icons, recently showed Journey at the Louvre Museum and was commissioned to paint a commemorative 45 foot tall pyramid in Hyde Park, London. Committed to world issues and the arts, Britto donates to over 300 charities throughout the world. Annelle Miller is the Director of the Society of Illustrators and actively works with Friends of Art and Design, New Alternatives for Children, First Step, the Columbia University Pediatric Oncology Center, and other notable charitable organizations. Jane O' Conner has authored dozens of children's books, including the award-winning Fancy Nancy series.
