Herbed Potatoes Recipe

pescado
8-10 red potatoes (use more if the potatoes are smaller than the size of a tangerine)
3 tablespoons cooking oil
Cooking spray
1 tablespoon each of rosemary, basil, onion powder, garlic powder and salt
1/2 tablespoon pepper

Spray cooking spray on bottom of 9" x 13" baking dish. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut potatoes into pieces that are as evenly sized as possible, a little larger than a giant grape. Put potato pieces into a bowl and toss with olive oil. Then, add herbs and seasonings one and a time, tossing after each addition. Put in dish, one layer thick only, and bake at 425 degrees for about 45 minutes. Potatoes should be brown along the edges and a little crispy-looking when done.
