Meet the Lingerie Football League
The Lingerie Football League is a real league as opposed to what some people might think: it's not a video game. The LFL plays their games on Friday nights and an occasional Saturday night. The teams are from major American cities and Toronto is on the map this year as a team site. The teams are from Chicago, Minneapolis, Green Bay, Cleveland, Tampa, Orlando, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Las Vegas, Baltimore, Seattle, and Toronto. The teams play a three-game schedule and there is a championship game after the division winners have decided who is good enough to play for the title: Lingerie Bowl IX is set for February 5, 2012 and will be played in Las Vegas.

The Game is Competitive
This isn't a joke to the players: a vast majority of the players were elite college athletes as collegians and the league is coached by coaches many of whom have had NFL coaching experience. Check out the league whose games are played live on MTV2 every Friday and the occasional Saturday night. With just a few exceptions the games are played at 10 pm ET.
