Herr's Ragin Ranch Potato Chips

Herr's is a well known manufacturer of potato chip snacks. Recently I tried Herr's Ragin' Ranch potato chips and in this product review I want to share my experience with this product to help other consumers find and try a unique and delicious snack food the next time they are craving a flavorful and salty snack such as potato chips.

I love ranch dressing, like many other people, I know that ranch goes great with pizza, salads, and appetizers such as jalapeño poppers, mozzarella sticks and so on. When I saw Herr's Raging Ranch chips I could not pass them up. I had never heard of or tried this flavor of chips before, but I am well acquainted with the Herr's brand as they are popular in Pennsylvania and Ohio as well as other areas in the Northeast. I paid $1.69 for an 8 ½ ounce bag of Herr's Raging Ranch potato chips, which is a pretty great deal considering the suggested retail price on the bag was $2.99.

I was not expecting these to be as spicy as they are. Before purchasing Herr's Ragin Ranch potato chips be advised they are infused with hot pepper, so they are not for anyone who either can't tolerate hot foods or does not like hot and spicy flavors. When I took my first bite of Herr's Ragin' Ranch potato chips I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor mixture of cool and creamy ranch with spicy hot peppers! These are really delicious, but they will require a beverage to cool your mouth down after eating these potato chips.

What I like most about Herr's potato chips is that they are very flavorful. In my experience I am often disappointed by potato chips that have so little flavor coating that they might as well be plain potato chips. With Herr's every chip has a generous amount of seasoning, for a flavor packed taste, that is sure to please, regardless of what flavor you purchase.

I will definitely purchase Herr's Ragin Ranch potato chips again whenever I see them in a store! They are almost addictive, considering I love hot and spicy flavors and ranch flavor also. I would recommend this brand of potato chips to anyone who likes a hot and spicy snack and the flavor of ranch. I think Herr's is one of the best potato chips manufacturers. I like their assortment of flavors and the affordable prices. I am sure you will too!
