High Fiber Diet #Success

I Fell Off on the Master Cleanse Plan but Found #Success with Flaxseed and Wheat Bran

Okay, the doctor said I lost six pounds since altering my eating habits around Mother'‹Å"s Day. That is not bad. I pureed some Great Northern Beans that were leftover. I took approximately one-fourth cup of it and combined it with about one-and-a-half teaspoons of baking powder and added cumin seed, garlic powder and sweet onion. Heat one cup of bullion cube water along with a teaspoon of mole and adobe until dissolved.

Grind the raw flaxseed and wheat brand in a coffee grinder. Combine, mix and spread on a greased or non-stick pan to about one-eighth of an inch thickness--like a cracker. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. I like my flaxseed cracker crispy and very dry and a little too brown to make the nuttiness of the seed pop.

I will have that with the pureed beans as a dip. I am eating the fiber along with salads--just lettuce, tomato and cucumber with a homemade vinaigrette with olive oil.

These items comprise my food cycle. I will eat this way until I am satisfied with my cleansing. This type of diet takes more than the 64 ounces of water recommended daily. I also have to take a vitamin along with this diet because I am wiped most of the time. When I am finally cleansed enough, I will begin anew, my master cleanse diet so that it can be more effective for me.

My exercise routine is a 2.5 walk around the park. It's a really, really nice park in Highland, Indiana. I listen to my music and walk. I stretch and work with the yoga ball and perform floor exercises. Then I take a pain relievers!

My spirituality consists of regular church services, Bible study and independent Bible reading. God is so smart and wise. And, reading the Bible is fulfilling. It gives me something to think about during exercise. He left that book here for me to read and I have been neglectful--this is why I suffer. But no more. I take notes when I read and hope to come up with some insightful articles.

I believe with this new routine, I should loose weight quickly and without the suffering. Eventually I want to run freely like the thin people in the park. Right now it's walk, run/walk, walk. I want run, run, run.
