The Amish are for hire for their excellent craftsmen skills. An Amish family owns a bakery in Camden that offers tasty treats such as pumpkin bread, homemade jams, jellies and so much more.
Hillsdale county offers nearly 80 lakes for the pleasure of it's residents and visitors. Many lakes are private lakes without public access. Baw Beese in a large lake in the city of Hillsdale that does offer public access swimming and boat launches.

Hillsdale county has beautiful scenery from the trees to the wildlife. It's common to be driving down the road anywhere in Hillsdale county and see a heard of deer eating near the roadside or to see a flock of turkey crossing a street. Hillsdale county sorta reminds you of being in northern Michigan but without so many hills. It is also very common to see deer right in the city limits of Hillsdale.
