The Callaloo and salt fish is made with oil, garlic and codfish and served with streamed greens. The atmosphere is friendly and causal, but the food is mouth watering. The restaurant has some indoor seating, but take-out orders are their specialty. The big easy meals include a chicken sandwich or a chicken bowl with rice and red beans. The big deals include the delta mini, chicken on a biscuit or chicken wraps. If you need a fast and quick meal on the run, this is the ideal restaurant.
