"Nothing lasts.
Nothing is real.
It is all suffering,
Threefold affliction!
It is all beneath contempt.
Know this.
Give it up.
Be still."

-Ashtavakra Gita 9:3

Nothing exists independently. A table is made from cause and conditions. Soil, sun, water, and proper temperature produces a tree, the tree is cut by a person, the wood had to be prepared, nails and other items used to create "a table," and finially it exists. Had all those specific conditions not come together the table would not exist. We are the same way.

We are not real, since we exist only by specific conditions. A table is a concept develped by man not God. We are live a place that is controled by causes and conditions. Nothing is real. As it isn't real, suffering shall prevail. Impermance leads to suffering. Only God can save us from suffering.

Give up property, ego, and everything else, be still and become one. Unity is the only way to freedom from this world. Water flows with no knowledge, motavation, or other desire. Water just reflects like a mirror. We too should reflect this world like a mirror not grasping at anything.

I am not saying don't act like a door mat, but stop trying to hold on to this life so tight. Relax. Everything is taken care of when you trust in nature. We are born with all that we need.
