I love music. I can't go a day without it. I love all types of artist and music. Hip Hop music is a type of music I frequently listen to. I enjoy the clever word play and the Beats. I do listen to lyrics, I listen close. Most of the time I really pay no attention to the concept of the song, I just listen for a funny line or a unique phrase. I pay attention sometimes but it just makes me mad. Would somebody please tell the Hip Hop artist that the economy is bad and people are broke? They still are rapping about cars and jewelry. They rap about all these expensive things that most of their fans don't have and will never have. If these rappers are so rich they just need to travel around and pay peoples rent for them. Go to apartment complexes and Housing Projects and pay everyone's rent for a month. They say money is not a thing, so I wish they would prove it and really give back.
Some stupid people out there actually try to compete with the rapper. They buy the cloths and try to get the cars they have. That is so dumb, because how the hell is a regular broke guy going to compete with a music star your not? You're just wasting your time and money your better off just trying to be you. It's allot cheaper.
Also some try to live out the music. Rappers talk about shooting people in allot of songs. You know as well as I these rappers not out there selling drugs are shooting anyone, but they don't care if you do as long as the music sale. I like hip hop and always have, but I'm smart enough to know that it's just like actors making music. They don't live out what there rapping; they fantasize and dream up what they rap about. Hay I'm not hating because I love the music just thinking.
