Hit and Run
Today you where irresponsible on the snowy roads above yonder,
You have caused my mind a great deal and left it to ponder,
Ponder on the what ifs and should haves.
You ran from an incident that could of ended very bad,
Not even a stop to say are you okay, you are very sad.
I do not know who you are,
I don't even know your vehicle, truck or car.
I wish upon you the good graces of the lord,
For my heart felt heavy like a stabbing with a sword.
When I heard the news of what you did,
I shall never forget I do not kid.
Be thankful neither party got hurt in the awful encounter today.
For it would have been on your conscious like a heavy snow lay.
I wish a new realization upon you,
I hope you think more clearly in the days to come.
