Main Features and Technologies:

Within this Hitachi UltraThin V Series LCD HDTV you will be able to enjoy features that will produce some of best images and audio quality on the market. To start off, the size of this television is ideal for any living room or bedroom. With a total of 32-Inches, the screen is a decent size without being overwhelmingly large or too small.

The screen features a total resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, which will allow you to enjoy true high-definition programming. The main format that is displayed within this LCD HDTV is 720p, which is amazing when you combine it with the 16:9 aspect ratio.

The viewing angle for this Hitachi LCD HDTV is above average. You will have a total viewing angle of 178-degrees, both vertically and horizontally. Unlike traditional LCD TVs, this unique model will allow you sit in almost any direction from the screen and still obtain a beautiful image. This is a great feature especially if you have a large family or friend group who come over to watch movies on this TV.

You will be able to adjust the picture quality to several pre-set options that will boost the image quality for a particular type of programming. These presets include Dynamic Mode, Cinema Mode and Natural Mode. I have found that the Dynamic Mode is ideal for playing video games, while the Cinema Mode is perfect for watching movies, and to enjoy your favorite TV programming, I would go with the Natural Mode.

The audio quality for this television is decent, although, not great. You will have a total of 2 speakers that pump out 6-Watts of power each; giving you a total of 12 Watts of power. While they aren't super-charged speakers, the features that back them up will enhance the audio quality. These include the Bass Boost System, which will create booming lower notes for a unique sound experience, as well as the Virtual Surround Sound System, which will produce different frequencies to give you a surround sound experience.

Pros:

Amazingly thin, only 1.5-inches, great picture quality and a plethora of connectivity options.

Cons:

Sound quality is not up to par with the picture quality.
