It's All About the Fleeting Idea of Hope..
A smile comes to my face
And when the moonlight shines
I'm taken to a special time and place
Holding you makes sense to me
And the joy you bring is plain to see
The emotions are (simply put) so strong
And that's why I'm holding on...holding on
When the day turns to night
My mind turns to thoughts of you
At the moment of a fleeting glance
I find the happiness to lead me through
A lifetime of bliss within my hands
I want to kiss you and tell you I'm your biggest fan
Your love's a gift that I can't readily explain
With all of your affection shielding me from pain
Holding you makes sense to me
