Holiday Inn Express - Great Stay at a Good Price
Holiday Inn Express offers much larger rooms than other well known hotels. I get my money's worth when I stay at Holiday Inn Express. I get a comfortable, large room. I am comforted by three sets of pillows; soft, medium, and firm. I don't have to wonder which type of pillow I am reaching for because they now have "soft, medium, and firm" embroidered on the pillowcases. The bed linens are much better now, too. They removed the older "heavy" comforters and replaced them with a lightweight blanket, soft sheets and a color coordinated runner across the foot of the bed.
I love the shower curtain rod so much that I purchased one for my own home. It is curved and provides much more room inside the shower/tub. The bath towels are very large and soft. I have also purchased some of these for my own household.
Most of the Holiday Inn Express locations that I have stayed at have indoor pools. These are a wonderful addition to the hotels.I can now swim no matter what the weather is like and I don't have to worry about sunburns. Fresh laundered towels are provided in the pool area as a convince so that guest don't have to use the towels from their rooms. Also available at the Holiday Inn Express locations is a workout room. They offer a treadmill and a stationary bike at a minimum, some offer more equipment. Fresh towels are provided in this area too.
The next great amenity that is offered by Holiday Inn Express is their famous Cinnamon Rolls. They are offered on the free breakfast buffet bar and they are absolutely delicious. While some locations offer only limited items on their breakfast bar, some offer a much larger variety that includes make yourself waffles, sausage patties, omelets, sausage gravy, biscuits, boiled eggs, as well as cereals and fresh fruit.
All in all, Holiday Inn Express is a great place to stay! You can't beat the all around great value.
