1-Cleveland's Public square is home of Winterfest tree lighting Ceremony. Starting November 24th at 6:30pm to early January. It's free to the public. Enjoy music, hot chocolate, dancing and caroling. Each of the four quadrants of the square will have a unique display of holiday lights sure to bring a smile to your face. Be sure to be there again on New Years Eve or you will miss the annual televised fireworks show. 2- Lighting Display of Nela Park is tradition for the city of Cleveland. Watch as the GE facility put up thousands of lights around grounds each year. The lights will remain up from early December to New Years Day. Nela Park is located at 1975 Noble rd. East Cleveland, OH 44112. Free to the public.
3-Wintershow 2007 at the Cleveland Botanical Garden transforms itself every winter into a wonderland filled with gingerbread houses and glorious light filled angels and stars galore.
Admission: $7.50 for adults, Children 3-12 $3, under 3 years old are free
Parking: $5 for 2 and half hours.

In addition to light displays you can also enjoy special holiday events like the production of "A Christmas Carol" by the Great Lakes Theater Festival. It is located at the Ohio Theater at Playhouse Square in Cleveland. It will run from November 23 to December 23. Call 216-241-6000 to reserve your tickets.
Or you could see a production of the Nutcracker by the Ballet Son Jose. This will also be performed at the Playhouse square from November 23 to December 2. Purchase your tickets by calling 800-352-0212.
The Black Church will be performing a reading from the literary master Langsten Hughes' the Black Nativity from December 7 to December 30. Call 216-795-7077 for tickets.
