If you love holiday light displays, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, has a lot to offer you. There are many locations that offer beautiful holiday light displays this holiday season. The following are some of the top displays that Milwaukee has to offer.

The Milwaukee Holiday Lights Festival will take place in downtown Milwaukee from November 15 through January 6. This year's light displays feature new animated light scenes in addition to some returning favorites, and the displays can be seen from a convenient bus tour.

The Milwaukee Holiday Lights Festival features 55 buildings that participate in the annual rooftop lighting project, which consists of millions of white lights on the rooftops of the Milwaukee skyline. Wisconsin Avenue will be lined with wreaths of blue and white lights, and three downtown parks will be covered with lights.

Cathedral Square Park, called "Community Spirit Park," is located at North Jefferson and East Wells Street. Community Spirit Park will feature ornaments which are handmade by more than 30 area schools. The ornaments be used to decorate an entire forest of Christmas trees. The forest of trees will include a 50-foot Christmas tree with color-changing LED lights. The trees within the forest have themes including love, peace and joy.

Located at West Kilbourn and Old World Third Street, Pere Marquette Park will be the site of "Fairytale Deams," featuring toy soldiers, a holiday wizard, a castle and an animated fountain scene.

Zeidler Union Square, located on West Michigan between 3rd and 4th Streets, will feature "Holiday Circus Fun." The park will feature an animated carousel display, a tightrope walker, a trapeze scene, and a giant red teddy bear.

You can tour the downtown area from the Potawatomi Jingle Bus for just $1. The bus will take you on a 40-minute tour which will take you to all of the downtown parks and by the street-level and storefront displays. A Public Service Ambassador will be on board to be your guide to the downtown light displays. You can board the bus at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center at 509 W. Wisconsin Avenue. The Hilton's 6th Street entrance offers free hot cocoa, coffee and cookies. Children who ride the bus will receive coloring books and crayons.
