Russ and Daughters is one of the premier Kosher catering delis in New York, but you do not have to be Kosher to enjoy the great salads and smoked fish that they are famous for. And for an additional charge, they will deliver to all five boroughs. And you can order by individual tray. Orders much be placed at least 3-4 day in advance, but place your order as early as possible. They are very busy during the holidays and it will make their job easier the earlier you do. What I particularly like is that you can order by tray, not a whole meal, so you can just get selected items to add to your own holiday party menu. These are just some of the many options they offer. Hint if you are going to have other choices, you do not have to order for the full person count. These are based on this being the only food available.

Simply Nova: A classic platter of Russ & Daughters Gaspe Nova, the most mild and succulent nova there is. Hand-sliced and artistically prepared by our renown staff. The slices go right from this beautifully arranged platter onto your bagel. Comes with a vegetable and cream cheese platter as described above, mixed bagels, bialy, olives and capers.
