1 - Be creative and innovative!
In fact, you don't have to spend lot in buying new decorative items for Christmas. You can buy materials from local cheap markets, but pay attention to choose the ones in cheerful colors such as exciting red, sweet pink, fresh green, bright Blue, etc. Besides, you can reuse the decoration from last year. In order to create a new and fresh festival look, you can use your innovation and creativity to change the combination and position of the old decorative items, or blend the old items with the new ones.
2 - Prepare a piece of new clothes or accessory for each member of your family.
This can become a festival tradition of your family. For the rest of life, your children will always associate the new beautiful things with their happy festival memories. If you don't have a lot of money to buy new clothes from market, try to make them by yourself, or at least you can prepare some new accessories such as scarf, hat or glove, to change the complete looks of the old dressings.
3 - Colourful candies are not necessarily expensive, but they can bring in cheerful festival feeling!
In the obvious place of your living room, you can place a big plate fulfilled with lovely candies in various pleasant colors. The candies can not only bring a lot of fun to your children, but also give your family a gesture that your coming new year will be full of sweet experiences and memories.
