Holistic Healing Approach to Combat Hypertension (High Blood Pressure)

DrSri

When this pressure is too high, the heart has to work harder to pump blood though our blood vessels, and if left untreated can cause damage to heart, kidneys, and can also lead to stroke. It also leads to hypertensive heart disease, ultimately leading to its failure.

A blood pressure up to 120/80 is considered normal, up to 139/89 it is called pre-hypertension and above 140/90 it is called hypertension.
