The evidence of this trend among Hollywood celebrities has been witnessed in the deaths of Heath Ledger, Anna Nicole Smith, Michael Jackson, and more recently; Brittany Murphy.

Anything That Money Can Buy

There's no doubt that this trend is happening because Hollywood celebrities have access to tremendous amounts of money due to their high salaries. They also have access to numerous doctors and can pay for anything that money can buy; which gives them access to any drug for any symptom that they may suffer from.

Name Your Price

Everybody has their price, and for enough money; you can get anybody to do anything, even if it is giving you access to drugs that shouldn't be used together.

What Money Cannot Do

Unfortunately, money cannot buy celebrities, superpowers. Hollywood celebrities are still subject to the same things as the rest of us because they're human beings. When they have restless and sleepless nights due to the stresses of life; there's only so much that a pill can do.

Bad Decisions

In times of distress, we as humans just want the symptoms to go away and it's at these times that I speculate that celebrities make bad decisions regarding medications, which sometimes results in their death.

My only hope is that some Hollywood celebrities see this article and start to take the advice of doctors and pharmacists more seriously irregardless of the symptoms that they may be experiencing.
