The company has at least 40 openings for this position, apply quickly. The job is part-time, seasonal position; however, those that perform their job well have a good opportunity to turn this into a year-round job. The job consists of answering calls from the public about tax forms and publications, and to take orders for the IRS. The hours are between 15-20 hours a week, and will vary depending on the seasonal needs of the tax season.
The pay ranges from $8.00-$16.00 per hour depending on what part of the country you live in. You also will receive additional monetary benefits. The other position is a customer service position. The company has 120 positions to fill. You will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, data entry skills, be familiar with spreadsheets, good grammar and English skills, internet and email knowledge, typing speed of at least 30 wpm, and pass a background check. There will be a 75 hour training course over a one to three week period, and must be ale to follow directions. I'm not sure if you need to be disabled for this position or not, but go ahead and fill out the application or contact NTI to find out. It won't hurt. It sounds like a good opportunity, whether you're disabled or not.
