4 c. cracker crumbs
4 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
3 Tbsp. paprika
1/4c. vegetable oil

Mix all together; store in sealed tight container in refrigerator until needed. Use to coat chicken or portk before baking.
