Norma Chew
Baggy eyes may be due to a variety of reasons. They may be related to stress, aging or heredity, hormonal changes, fluid retention, lack of sleep or as a result of allergies or dermatitis, according to MayoClinic.com. Prevention is the key action to take against baggy eyes. Reducing stress, eating a proper diet, adequate fluid intake, regular exercise, getting adequate sleep and living a healthy lifestyle, are steps that may delay or prevent baggy eyes. If baggy eyes have already occurred they may be treated with natural remedies.

Witch Hazel
Witch hazel is an astringent that acts to tighten the skin, reduce inflammation and bagginess under the eyes. Witch hazel is used in a variety of cosmetic products because of its effects on healing the skin, reducing inflammation and for its haemostatic properties. Apply a cotton pad soaked in witch hazel to each eye, then relax and enjoy the soothing, healing effects of this treatment for 15 to 20 minutes as it reduces the bagginess and rejuvenates the skin under the eyes.

Rose Water
Rose water is obtained from a distillation of rose petals. Rose water has been used as a cosmetic product for centuries. It is an astringent that tightens and tones the skin and improves the elasticity of the skin. Apply a cotton pad soaked in rosewater to each eye and leave them in place for 15 to 20 minutes. The astringent effects of the rose water will reduce swelling and bagginess and tighten the skin under the eyes.

AloeVera
Aloe vera is a thick and succulent, perennial plant that has many medicinal properties. It has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiviral effects. It's an astringent that works to tighten and tone the skin. This makes it an ideal treatment for reducing bagginess under the eyes. The gelatinous pulp inside the leaves can be used as a gel or juice extract. It has a bitter taste. Aloe vera gel or juice maybe applied with the fingers or a Q-tip to the skin area under the eyes. Allow it to dry and leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse and dry the face. Aloe vera will tighten, soothe and rejuvenate the skin under the eyes; relieving the bagginess.
