Combine a pack/poultice using sage and apple cider vinegar. Simply crush a handful of freshly picked sage leaves to bruise them. Put the leaves in a pan and cover with apple cider vinegar. Simmer them on low until they get soft. Remove sage leaves and wrap in a washcloth or cheesecloth. Put the pack on your bite, swelling, or a sting.
